Power, Sweat & Strength is our own style of Hyrox Training here at Ella Mor Health, Fitness & Wellbeing.

You might wonder what is HYROX?

Hyrox is a new fitness craze taking the world by storm and the reason why I have introduced this style of training to my gym is because everyone no matter what level of fitness you are at can take part  - there is no fancy moves, it's basic functional movements that anyone can do.  What I love about it, is everyone works at their own pace and what makes it even more appealing is it's not only a test of your fitness but it will also test you mentally too leaving you buzzing after each workout.

A HYROX competition is made up of a 1km run followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times (meaning 8km run in total, plus 8 functional workouts). It requires strength, speed, power and endurance and, in many ways, is a fantastic test of overall fitness.

So I have designed my own training plan which is structured using my own movement economy design to cover all these requirements and I have even set up our very own in house fitness test so you can work towards your own goals.


I would recommend you are training 2/3 times per week.
