This programme is specific training for building strength, endurance and overall increasing your fitness with small group training
The focus of this programme will be to introduce you to each of the functional movements, and building strength to gain the best results when doing them..
Classes will be available every Tuesday, Thursday 7.30pm & Saturday 8am (weigh in 7.30am)
